BRG ENTERPRISE SOLUTIONS (referred to as BRG herein) undertakes
to supply the study(ies) according to the terms of this
document.

The client is entitled to electronic copies of the reports to
which they have subscribed. Paper copies of the order are available
at a 5% charge of the contract value per set of reports.

In the interest of other clients, the client undertakes to
LIMIT THE DIVULGATION OF THE CONTENTS OF THE REPORTS OF THE STUDY
TO MAJORITY OWNED SUBSIDIARIES. In the event that
wider divulgation is required, prior
written approval of BRG must be
obtained.

In the event of a consultancy organisation acquiring the report
on behalf of a client who wishes to remain anonymous, the
consultancy undertakes to limit the divulgation of the contents of
the report to that client. The consultancy organisation also
undertakes not to retain a copy
or copies of the reports in
either hardcopy or electronic format once the report(s) have
been sent to the client.

BRG undertakes not to divulge
any of the confidential findings of
this research programme to any party which is not a client of
the study, but reserves the right to issue limited press releases
on the programme.

The identity of clients will not be confidential unless a
specific written request is made to BRG.

The client agrees not to make the BRG reports or databases
available to any outside consultants without the prior written
approval of BRG.

The client undertakes not to present any information supplied
by BRG as evidence in any litigation or other legal action against
a third party or for publicity purposes without the prior written
approval of BRG.

Conforming to the normal ethics of market research and to
protect its sources of information BRG will not reveal to any party
information which has been given in confidence during the course of
research interviews.

BRG reserves the right to accept any company or
organisation as a client and to accept subscriptions during and
after the conclusion of the research, according to the subscription
conditions applying at the time of subscription.

This contract is governed by English law under the jurisdiction
of English courts.
