Snyder Manufacturing has recently announced that it has formally agreed to initiate the manufacturing process of Immunacoat at its facility situated in Long Beach, California. Provecta Coatings introduced an antimicrobial polyurethane surface coating as their most recent innovation.
The water-based aliphatic polyurethane (PU) coating has been found to have the exceptional property of being entirely free of any unpleasant odours and volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It has been reported that the antimicrobial compounds in the coating offer a minimum of five years of protection against bacteria, viruses, mould, mildew, and algae. Provecta has emphasised its remarkable resistance to solvent-based cleaners, ultraviolet (UV) radiation, and exceptional adhesion properties in a recent statement.
The organisation recently declared in a statement that their new product possesses the capacity to be efficiently applied to a wide range of materials, including concrete, timber, metal, and plastic. In order to prevent the accumulation of hazardous microorganisms on surfaces found in high-traffic areas, a recently developed solution has been formulated. Significantly, it has been disclosed that the aforementioned product is backed by a lengthy ten-year warranty on durability.
The world-renowned chemist in the polyurethane and coatings industries, Dr. Richard Hart, developed Immunacoat. In light of their production and distribution capabilities, Dr. Hart says he is thrilled about the partnership with Snyder Manufacturing and Green Earth Solutions, which will enable them to grow both domestically and globally.
